If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund within 30 days of the original purchase date.
To request a refund, simply email shawn@emberdyn.com with your order information and a brief description of the issue. While feedback is appreciated and helps improve our products, it is not required to receive a refund.
The 30-day refund policy applies to all digital products sold directly through Emberdyn, including:
Final Cut Pro plugins and effects
Motion templates
Courses and educational content
Workflow extensions and software applications
Digital downloads and creator resources
Refunds may be denied in cases of:
Fraudulent purchases
Chargeback abuse
Multiple repeated refund requests from the same customer
Purchases made more than 30 days prior to the refund request
If you experience technical problems with a product, we encourage you to reach out before requesting a refund. Many issues can be resolved quickly through troubleshooting, updates, or installation assistance.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method and may take 5–10 business days to appear, depending on your payment provider.
